
Come along and join Michelle Myron for a session of foraging and distilling. This exciting new gin school offers a full distillation course where you will be equipped with a traditional copper pot mini still, learn the art of distilling and make your very own small batch gin!
During your session you will enjoy the full gin making experience but first of all you must source the botanicals for your exclusive creation! Michelle will guide you through the award winning Walled Garden to gather your desired botanicals. You will be assisted in blending the various botanicals together to create your unique recipe before distilling in your own pot still.
