
Mindfulness Classes are returning to the garden, starting on Friday 6th May at 10:15am 🌼
The sessions will introduce basic elements of mindfulness meditation practice and will include breath awareness, mindful movement and body scan practice.
These outdoor sessions offer a lovely stretch for both body and mind, in beautiful surroundings. Everyone is invited to practice at their own pace and level of comfort.
Classes will run every Friday from 10:15am-11:15am throughout the whole of May and June.
