Ashbrook Nursery is a family run 'grower retailer'. Over 1500 varieties of bedding & patio plants, herbaceous perennials, alpines & grasses are grown on site, primarily for sale through our own garden centre. Plants are grown cool to help them withstand the rigours of the Scottish climate once planted out.
Visitors to Ashbrook enjoy displays created using the huge palette of plant material available. Planted containers are our speciality.
Posies of Ashbrook grown summer flowers and our own beautiful holly wreaths at Christmas are seasonal favourites. Our Café offers delicious home cooking & baking with local ingredients, while our gift shop displays a selection of work from local artists and crafters. Our newly developed Woodland Wander contains several features of interest including a no-dig’ shade border and stumpery.

How to find us

Ashbrook Nursery is located on the west side of the A933 opposite the RM Condor Marine base.
The Arbroath - Forfar bus service 27 and the Arbroath - Stracathro bus service 140 stop at the nearby Marine base and Rosely Hotel.

There is a pavement walkway from Arbroath.

Nearest railway station is Arbroath which is just round the corner from the bus depot. Taxi stance at the station entrance.
