  • Cringletie House

As you approach Cringletie for the first time, you will enjoy views of the beautiful grounds and gardens - sweeping manicured lawns, acres of mature woodland, grazing sheep, a pitch and putt course and, behind the house, the famous walled garden with its 400-year-old yew hedge, reputed to be the oldest in Scotland.
Explore the 28 acre estate and you will discover a river and waterfall, woodland walks, nature trails, outdoor sculpture and a croquet lawn. Take a break from enjoying the gardens and indulge in a cream tea or afternoon tea on the lawn or in the hotel.
Guests can play boules or outdoor chess in the historic walled garden and if you're visiting in the early evening you may even spot badgers or owls in the woods.
Be uplifted by beauty of the Cringletie estate, whatever the season.
