Raasay Walled Garden
A historic Walled Garden on the Isle of Raasay, owned and run by the community. After years of neglect the garden has been productive again since 2017 and we provide seasonal fruit, vegetables, salad and flowers to both locals and visitors. The garden is also a beautiful, sheltered space to visit, with picnic benches set amongst the fruit trees.
How to find us
The Isle of Raasay is a pleasant 25 minute ferry trip from Sconser on the Isle of Skye. The garden is a 5 or 10 minute walk form the ferry terminal on Raasay, although you can come over with your car.
The Walled Garden is situated directly behind Raasay House (which is visable from the ferry). Follow the road round behind Raasay House, the gates to the garden are opposite St Maoluags Chapel, there is very limited parking on the road outside the gardenLocation
